A warm welcome to the new HRO Core website! We are thrilled to launch this new platform designed to bring you closer to the purpose and heart of our work and organization. We already have many features planned to release here soon, so stay tuned!

We’ve designed this space to be a place of community where our content deepens our focus of Work being more Human and Kind.

Who We Are

At HRO Core, we are dedicated to supporting health, wellness, performance and Human, Kind Work. Our team of experienced professionals brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in various aspects of human resources. From strategic HR management to the intricacies of benefits administration, our experts will provide you with actionable insights to help your organization navigate challenges and make the most of opportunities.

Why This Blog?

In today's fast-paced VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) business environment, staying informed and connected is more important than ever. We have been working harder than ever in 2024, in particular to develop content that outlines our understanding of the current work environment with a focus on what it’s like to be a leader and employee in small organizations (we are all leaders in our own way).  Along with this focus, we aim to outline our vision for what work will look like alongside all of the dynamics of today’s world. We will elaborate on topics including humanizing work, kindness at work, AI, Inclusion Diversity Equity and Accessibility (IDEA), psychological safety and the move from autopilot to awareness to connected.

We know that organizations that focus on psychological safety have the best performing teams and this blog is our avenue to share insights, strategies and updates that can help your organization become more effective and human-centered while leveraging AI and other technologies.

This blog is a reflection of our commitment to bringing you into our world, sharing not just our professional insights, but also the human stories behind our work because we believe that the human aspect should always be incorporated into the professional. We want to create a space where our experiences can resonate with you, offering not just knowledge, but also a sense of connection and shared purpose.

We understand that reaching a wider audience requires more than just good services; it requires communication and community. Our goal is to build a bridge between us and those who could benefit from our services, expanding our reach and impact to bring Human, Kind Work to as many spaces as possible. Through this blog, we hope to demonstrate our capabilities and illustrate how we can help your organization be at its holistic best.

What to Expect

One of the unique aspects of HRO Core is our emphasis on mindfulness, emotional intelligence and psychological safety. As a certified teacher from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) / SIY Global, We have integrated these principles into the underlying purpose of our work from training programs to internal operations. On this blog, you can look forward to posts that explore how mindfulness can enhance workplace productivity, generate psychological safety and build resilient teams.

Mindfulness is very straightforward. It includes paying attention on purpose in the present moment without judgment while bringing an attitude of curiosity and kindness. It builds self-awareness, creativity and empathy. We know that mindfulness is a building block of psychological safety which leads to top team performance. We will share insights and techniques on how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine and organizational culture, helping you create a more Human, Kind Workplace.

We want this blog to be a two-way street. Your feedback, questions and insights are deeply valued. We encourage you to engage with our posts by sharing them. There is always more to learn from interacting with each other.

Thank you for being a part of our community!

Warm regards,

Bryan Burns
