Amanda Salzberger is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Consultant with over a decade of diverse experience in the technology sector, non-profit organizations and human resources consulting firms.

Amanda’s academic foundation, coupled with extensive hands-on experience, equips her with a deep understanding of the complexities of modern workplaces and a passion for navigating and resolving challenging HR issues.

Throughout her career, Amanda has developed and executed collaborative and results-driven HR strategies that align with organizational goals, cultivate inclusive workplace cultures and drive employee engagement. She has unique expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and organizational development. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto.
